As is custom, the Corn King has again granted The Council permission to bring news of the Corn King’s annual return to the outside world! While the Corn King generally frowns upon intoxicating liquors and the profanity of modern music, please join us at the Rose Bowl Tavern in Urbana, IL on Sunday, September 6, 2026, for a special informational and cultural event called CornStock.

In a triumph of modern agrarian technology, the Council is proud to announce that this year will also mark the unveiling of the world’s first corn-powered data center, which has been prophesied to bring our beloved Corn King into corporeal form and allow us to walk beside him in the Eternal Harvest that will unfold. Lest any doubters remain, they will witness the truth that THE CORN KING IS REAL!
